Entry to the festival is strictly for those aged 16 and over.

The festival opens at 12 noon – 1:30am on Friday & Saturday and 12 noon – 11:30pm on Sunday.
Campsites open at 2pm on Thursday 18th August. No sleeping in vehicles is permitted or tents allowed in car parks due to fire regulations.
Box office is open at the festival site between the following times:
THURS: 13:00 – 23:30
FRIDAY: 11:30 – Midnight
SATURDAY: 11:30 – Midnight
SUNDAY: 11:30 – 22:30
There’s a car park at the festival. You can park for the day or the weekend.
Shuttle Buses run every hour (every half hour during peak times) to and from Abersoch (opposite village hall) via The Warren & The Glyn y Weddw Arms. They also run from Y Maes (the bus station) in Pwllheli to & from the site.

No alcohol is allowed into the festival and strictly no glass. Snack food can be brought on but not full meals/picnics.
Full time tables for the day with all artist set times can be found on the festival lanyards, available from Offaxis and Coastal Culture as well as at the festival itself.
Camper vans, caravans and trailer tents only are permitted into the camper van area. A maximum of 4 persons is permitted per pitch. You need a Camper van ticket for your vehicle and everyone staying in it must each have a valid camping ticket. Camper van tickets must be purchased in advance.
You are allowed to bring in your own alcohol (for consumption in the camping fields only) No Glass and only up to a reasonable amount per person. This is set per person at: 12 beers & 1 bottle of spirit (decanted into plastic) or 24 beers / equivalent. You will be asked to leave excess quantities outside the event – this will be strictly enforced.
No alcohol is permitted to be taken into the arena and the only containers permitted shall carry non-alcoholic liquid in collapsible plastic or similar material containers of not more than 500ml.
Strictly No Glass is allowed to be brought onto the festival site or the beaches.
Private sound systems, illegal substances, glass, fireworks or any other items which the organisers deem unsuitable or inappropriate will not be permitted into the festival site.
No animals will be admitted to the site other than assistance dogs for the disabled.
If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age, especially when you buy alcohol, please bring ID. Glass Butter Beach operates the ‘Challenge 25’ policy
Valid forms of ID include:
– An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence.
– A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.
– A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram). pass-scheme.org.uk
Some performances may contain language or material that may offend some people.
Glass Butter Beach has a licensed beach which although beautiful & a privilege to have, comes with obvious dangers. Do not enter the water if you are not a strong swimmer or not in a fit state.
