GLASS BUTTER BEACH – General Information / Terms & Conditions Useful Info: At the entrance to the festival site, exchange the appropriate ticket for a wristband. Make sure it is on correctly as removal of the wristband means it is void. You are not allowed to take drinks onto the music festival site & NO GLASS BOTTLES are allowed ANYWHERE ON THE FESTIVAL PREMISES AT ANYTIME. Parking costs £3 per vehicle and all money goes to a local charity. Please note that we provide FREE shuttle buses that run regularly from the festival site to & from Pwllheli & Abersoch. We advise that you use these buses for your convenience.
CAMPING: If you have a camping ticket, after showing your car park pass and camping ticket/s to the marshal, they will direct you to the campsite car park next to the festival campsite. Take your ticket/s to the campsite entrance where it will be exchanged for a weekend festival & camping wristband. Again make sure it is on securely – it’s only valid when it’s correctly on your wrist. The campsite opens at 2pm on Thursday & closes at 12 Noon Sunday. Please do not try to get onto the site more than 30 minutes before the campsite opens. On the campsite there are toilets & wash facilities, including limited showers. There are catering units open at key points throughout the 4 days. There is also a camp site office and first aid point as well as 24 hour security & CCTV. Please note: we do not allow any barbeques or open fires on the site at any time. We also prohibit the use of fireworks at all during the festival. POSSESSION OF FIREWORKS will result in your IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM SITE. We ask that you respect the local environment & PLEASE USE THE BINS PROVIDED for any rubbish. There is STRICTLY NO CAMPING ALLOWED IN THE CAR PARK.
AGE RESTRICTIONS Children of 10 and under can enter the Festival free of charge as long as they are accompanied by a ticket holding parent or legal guardian. Juniors (aged 11-15) can enter the Festival by buying a Junior Ticket and must also be accompanied by a ticket holding parent or legal guardian of the age of 21 or over. People of 16 and 17, who have bought their tickets are considered by the festival organisation as adults and do not have to be accompanied however they will be asked for ID before entering the festival site and must carry ID with them at all times. The festival reserves the right to ask anyone who looks under the age of 25 for proof of age. Accepted forms of identification include
- Proof of Age card,
- ID Card, Passport,
- Driving License.
Parents or Guardians must be aged 21 or over One ticket holding parent or guardian can only accompany a maximum of 2 juniors (aged 11-15) and 2 children (aged 10 and under). For the duration of the festival, accompanying parents or guardians will be responsible for any action carried out by the minor. For this reason it may be necessary for the parent or guardian to present identification at the entrance of the festival site. At all times the accompanying adult will have to carry their ID with them in case they are asked by the festival personnel for proof of age. The Organisation informs that the legislation in force expressly prohibits the sale of alcohol to minors (17 and under), for this reason every minor will be identified by a bracelet with which they will not be able to buy alcoh
