    GLASS BEACH WAKE CLASSIC The new title on the wakeboard calendar that the pro’s are all talking about. Taking place off the main festival beach with a couple of rails, spine kicker and fat wake off the competition boat, the action will be as close enough to feel the spray in your cold beer! Prize money again for the Pro’s but we’re encouraging the amateurs to get involved too. Entries are available from Offaxis in Abersoch so get yourself signed up quick to ensure your place is guaranteed.     Matt Crowhurst

    A lynchpin in the wake society for many years now, Matt has been at the top end of the scene for over ten years and has been a part of nearly every major UK event or happening since breaking through as European Junior Champion many moons ago. His ability to jump from wakeboarding to wakeskating to MC’ing has ensured his popularity is unrivalled both on & off the water.

    		 

    Scotty Broome

    Australian born and bred Scotty Broome is one of the biggest names to come out of the land down under and this year he returns to defend his Glass Butter Beach title. Expect big air and plenty of style from the Aussie import.. you might even be lucky enough to find him cutting some shapes on the dance floor or on the stage for his favourite act at GBB – Goldierocks.
     

    James Young

    From an early age James Young has been involved in UK wakeboarding as well as competing for the British team for the past nine years all over the globe in both cable and boat disciplines. Recently landing himself on the cover of the biggest UK wakeboarding magazine – Syndicate Wake James has won the National Pro Wakeboard tour on the cable while still coming third overall on the boat tour the same year.

    		 

    Lee Debuse

    Dedication is this guy’s middle name, from time spent on the water to time spent passing on his knowledge to others through his Wakeschool in Chertsey, LDB as he is known is one of the UK’s favourite talents. He can show a rail a thing or two and can tear apart any wake that he may find in his way. Another National Champion and Team gold winner at a European level, LDB has paid his

    		 

    Johnny Carne

    A former Junior World Champion, Junior Wakestock Champion, UK Champion and more Johnny Carne has had his share of the limelight and success. With the boat being his area of expertise he will be surely looking to push the competition behind the Super Air Nautique this year.

    		 

    Steve Dyer

    Another fine UK talent, Steve Dyer had been a long term shredder at the South West’s best spot – WMSki where he can be found on a daily basis tearing up the cable and surrounding boat lakes behind any big wake he can get his hands on.
